hello,
i have the WDmy cloud for quiet sometime. i wanted to recover a lot of my information stored inside it, so, i connected by ethernet.
when i connected, it shows in the network with the two icons, multimedia and storage.
before i had a third option where i think it showed like a “PC” and i could access to my files via the file explorer. but now i can not find this option.
the hard drive works as i can access to my media via the multimedia option that sends me to “twonky server” but as i want to copy the files, i would like to connect directly via the fille explorer. when i enter to see the properties of the network in the ethernet it says “not recognized”
any help would be appreciated it
