Wester Digital has two services that require passwords:
which seems to be for sales, I have been locked out of this account and nothing I do and nobody I work with has provided any useful information or help. The automated system says it is fixed and if not to reply to the email if I’m still having problems. When I reply I get a response telling me something is wrong with the email which there is nothing wrong.
which seems to be for support, this account allows for password resets and is working fine.
Does anyone know how to get help from Western Digital sales that is effective?
