I use a my book sterna drive to back up my photos. I have years worth on this drive and it is nearly cool. Occasionally I make a mistake when typing my password. I did that today. Now it won’t let me in at all. I uplugged and then replugged it in. Also tried on another computer. Nothing works! Please help me! No idea of what to do!!!
