Help needed with my 2 tb WD passport hard disk

Hi guys,

I bought a 2tb my passport hard disk recently i have a problem with it whenever i try to copy files from my hard disk to computer or from computer to hard disk it ends up like this.

Try running a diagnostic on your external drive with Western Digital Data Lifeguard Diagnostics to verify if there is anything wrong with the drive.

This drive is about to fail. I recommend that you open a RMA if the drive is still under warranty.
