Help! Green light blinking and cannot find device

Hi All

I’ve had the MBLD for a few months and all had been fine until yesterday when I couldn’t access the drive through my network.  When I checked the drive, the led is blinking green and I can hear the disk running but I cannot find the device via my network or access the dashboard.

I have tried resetting and power cycling but neitehr makes a difference.   After power cycling, the drive starts up again and goes from solid blue light, to solid amber and the flashing green.

Any suggestions?

Try connecting the MBLD directly to the PC and use WDlink to map it.
