I can access my files on my Samsung TV but when connected to a PC, shows as Local DIsk, and files are not accessible, Passport is recognized on BIOS and on Device Manager. tried on a different computer (win laptop) same problem. Will upload picture later. Thanks in advanced for help.

It is possible the partition on the drive is corrupted. I recommend you format the drive in order to use it again. If you have important information on it then try using a data recovery software before formating
