HELP ! DX4000 WD . Server Error in '/Connect' Application

I am LOST . I have a DX4000 WD Sentinel and my Win 10 PC went down . I can not conect tough the Browser to down load the Dash Board soft wear back on my PC . I get this ERROR . I do not know what it is saying are talking about . HELP ???

In the past had you installed any software on the server?
You should be able to tap the power button once on the server and it should shut down.
Power it back up and see if there is any difference.

You can remote to the server desktop. On your client press the windows key and type MSTSC and enter
serverrname is whatever
user is administrator
password whatever

Then you will be at the server desktop and can run Robert’s tester. My guess is your webconfig file is changed. Need to restore it from backup or copy all your data to a safe place and do a recovery

I am trying to back up now every thing I have on it and then I will try what you said . I do not have a back up copy of the DX4000 . NOt that I know of ( installed any soft wear ) . I will try what you said soon as I try to back up DX4000. Thanks Gramp for the INFO … Deeply
