Help can't event get started

Hi,

I am really struggling to upload anything to mycloud. When I follow the instructions to click on Mycloud and find the public folder all I get is a webpage saying TWONKY - where is the folder I should be uploading stuff to ?

Mycloud stop showing in explorer on windows7 laptop

I have 2 windows laptops, and 1 mycloud NAS. up until recently I could see (and connect) to the NAS using windows explorer under “network”. However, the NAS no longer shows up, even though I can ping the device… any ideas?
