Any possibilty for data recovery! Used only for 3 days, after my full data transfered to it, yesterday crashed.I can not access the drive anymore. Does not load in the network or by the WD Discovery reports none found!!!

HELP PLEASE! CRITICAL DATA! and no backup of the changes made.

They just replied and asked me to RESET the NAS?!?!?!

I WANT MY CRITICAL DATA! NOT RESET BUTTON!!!

Any solutions to RECOVER THE RAID SETTING AND DATA WITH IT!?!?!

I have never faced such trouble with other NAS brands.

I am and have been using LINKSYS, DLINK and SeaGate brands of 1TB, 2TB NAS products so far with no issues since 2 years.

This is the only time I tried to go for a WD product for a trial based and on a price offter that the store had.

I am not happy with this product and have asked the store for a full REFUND or REPALCEMENT with a SEAGATE product.

Sorry for myself to have gone through this HORROR of DATA LOSS! because of a ■■■■ PRODUCT!
