But when i choose Breaking bad how do i switch so it play HD?

Netflix analyses your bandwidth and determines if you are are capable of streaming in HD.
First, you need to pick a title that has an HD icon.
When it starts, it starts in Low/SD to get things going quickly. It monitors the bitrate and will ramp up if you have enough bandwidth. You can hit the OPTIONS button to see the feedrate, time, and (sometimes) audio in the upper left. The feed rates are Low/SD, Medium/SD, High/SD, Medium/HD, High/HD, X-High/HD (1080p).
There is also a test video that shows the actual bitrate when used with an adaptive-rate streamer like the WDTV:
