My wdcloudex2ultra is offline and I don’t no how to fix it, I can not make a connection to internet

It would help if you provide more information about your specific issue including any troubleshooting steps you have undertaken.
Can you access the My Cloud EX2 Ultra Dashboard from a computer on the same local network as the My Cloud EX2 Ultra?
The My Cloud EX2 Ultra should have LED’s active/lit on the front of the unit, what color are those LED’s?
Is the My Cloud EX2 Ultra directly connected, by an Ethernet cable, to the local network router or network gateway?
