GoodSync with WD error message File monitoring not connected

I am using GoodSync for Mac with a WD My Cloud Ultra EX2. Recently, while trying to run a backup job from a MacBook to the WD, I am getting an error message “R: File Monitoring: not connected” and the job does not run. I reached out to GoodSync and they told me to ensure that my WD credentials are in place. Nowhere can I find where to enter or even check my “credentials” in WD or GoodSync. Any ideas would be very helpful!
