since some time I can’t sync to my mycloud anymore. I can access it via https://os5.mycloud.com and via IP to the dashboard, but WDsync isn’t finding the device. Can you help me?

There is a free version of Goodsync and a paid version. It depends on what features/options you need that will determine if one would need the paid version.
