Give me back my dashboard

I have two WD My Cloud discs. No 1 I use for all my media, No 2 I use as a back up of the first.

If I click on No 2, I get taken straight to the dashboard. That used to happen on No 1 but now I just get the dreaded “Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access / on this server.”

They are both on the same network, same router, same everything. Following guidance from WD I’ve tried unblocking ports 80 and 443, whatever that means, but no joy. Any ideas from those who understand these things rather better than I do? Thank you.

Oh, I seem to have fixed it by rebooting No 1. Marvellous.
