Hallo, ich wollte nach längerer Zeit mein Gerät registrieren und nun wurde ich nach einem Gerätecode xxx-xxx-xxx gefragt. Ich habe diese Karte nicht mehr und auf dem Gerät stehen alle möglichen Zahlen, aber nicht wie beschrieben auch dieser Code. Wo bekommt man diesen Code sonst her?

You are probably trying to register on the new MyCloud Home website. That’s a different product to the MyCloud. Which device do you have?
