G speed shuttle 16tb 2019

Hello

I have a G speed shuttle and it won’t mount my 16 inch MacBook M1x
Tried everything even the download programmes with kernel extensions allowed but the MacBook does not acknowledge it
All drives have a blue light so no failure there, however when the tb3 cable is attached to the MacBook the LED light on the front of the G chassis blinks red but then goes white and is constant
However the G speed shuttle does not mount

Any ideas to solve the problem because Ive run out of ideas
