G-RAID Thunderbolt 3 can't configure to Raid 1

Hi,

I just got my G-RAID with Thunderbolt 3 which is pre configurated to Raid 0.
I want to change it to Raid 1 but the instruction here: https://support-en.g-technology.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/862/related/1 show print screens from an older version of the disk utility app.

In the end, I’ve found it: Disk utility/file/raid assistant - but then when I click on raid 1 I need to choose 2 hard drives and it only shows it as one 16tb drive (instead of two 8 hard drives) and won’t let me continue.

How can I make this drive as Raid 1???

Thanks,

Niv

You don’t use the RAID Assistant. You need to use our configurator to change it to RAID1 and then you just erase the drive in the Disk Utility.

Thank you.
Why I didn’t see this info on the manual?
