I just purchased a new G Raid with Thunderbolt, 12TB and want to configure as Raid 1. The operating system is Mojave version 10.14.4. Disk Utility does not seem to have the option to do this conversion. So what is the secret sauce to perform this configuration?
Is it the G-RAID w/ TB 2 or 3 and it also has USB or is it the unit with only 2 TB ports on it?
The one with TB2 or 3 and USB uses our configurator on our website to convert the RAID.
The last one that is TB only has no configurator and the RAID is software and handled in Disk Utility only.
