I’m sorry if this has been asked before but how do I set the drive to a Raid 1 configuration.
When I use the raid utility on macOS High Sierra it won’t let me select the 2 seperate drive and only shows it as a single 12TB drive?

You have to use our configurator software. It is a hardware RAID meaning Disk Utility doesn’t manage it.
After you switch the RAID to RAID1, you’ll need to go into the Disk Utility to Erase the drive. It will then mount and be usable.
