Why the hell is this interface SO BAD? Seriously - I’ve just spent $15k on 3x 72Tb Raid arrays in the Shuttle family of products and I cannot for the life of me reformat them to Raid 0

This is absolutely ridiculous. RIDICULOUS.
There is NO USER MANUAL, no online support - NOTHING.

■■■■■■■ livid right now. WD how about you provide some actual help?

I stumbled across a post on the G-Technology blog that walks through how to reconfigure G-RAID and G-SPEED arrays to different RAID levels using the G-RAID software: https://blog.g-technology.com/raid-types-change/

If you already knew all of this and the problem you’re facing is that the software is simply not doing what its supposed to do, then I would be pissed too.
