I’ve wasted hours exploring the software utility and it doesn’t say or show how to change the RAID level!
Someone please help since there isn’t even a an instruction manual!!
You need to delete the existing RAID in the Disk Array tab, then you can use the Wizard tab and click Advanced and chose your RAID via dropdown.
Thank-you, I finally figured it out. The options on the Wizard were greyed out, but after I formatted the Disk Array it let me select the Advanced settings.

Is there a link to the product manual, I’ve been using the one for the G-Speed Studio that someone else posted?
It is the exact same product other than aesthetics so the manuals are the same.
