Free space on MyCloud EX4

I have mounted the Public folder of my MyCloud EX4 as a mapped drive. It reports a capacity of 5.44 TB and 2.75 TB of free space.

However, when I try to copy files to the mounted drive, I get an error message that there is not enough free space.

So, what is going on here and how do I fix it.

The storage is configured as Raid 10, and it is comprised of 4 3TB drives. Everything reports a in good shape.

Ugh … it was the Recycle bin!

Well, I thought it was. But it’s not. Still need help.
