Forgotten password

Hi All

I know I know :mansurprised: I should of written it down but i have lost the password for my WD Sharespace 4TB

How can i recover the password or reset it without losing the data stored on the drive?

I can’t even log into the administrators account, is there a universal password setup for that as I clearly remember I never changed it from its default.

Press the reset bottom for 4 seconds, it will reset the unit back to default, however the data will be intact.
