I just set my 4th ShareSpace back to default for a myriad of reasons. In the process I upgraded the firmware to the latest code.
Now when I log on and go through the initial setup, I get a failure message at the end that says,
"Failed to change password!" |
I’ve tried several different passwords of varying degrees of difficulty.
I’ve tried different browsers
I’ve rebooted the device
I still cannot go past the initial setup because of the same error every time.
Any ideas? Tech support is closed (which is awesome at 4 in the afternoon.
