My Mycloud Mirror’s Power LED flashing in red. I checked the manual which refers me to Knowledge Base Answer ID 87607, which I am unable to find.
I cannot access to the driver through my mobile app.

Is it just the power LED, and not the drive LEDs? Are they both blue? What mode is your MCM running in (spanning, RAID0, RAID1 or JBOD) ?
My suspicion would be you’ve perhaps got at least one disk failed in the unit.
It is rather poor that the pointed-to article doesn’t exist, when all of the manuals now seem to point at it.
