I see that there is a firmware update available for My Cloud 2TB. Although I have mine set up for automatic updates it hasn’t done it. Any ideas why???

The current firmware is 04.01.00-408. It is telling me that a new version, 04.01.02.417 is available. Automatic update is set to on, daily at 3.00 am.
Should I start a manual update? Or, should I leave well alone as it sems to be working OK?

To be honest … I’ve had better luck just dowloading the new Firmware and doing a manual install. At least you have it for archive purposes and it updates much faster.
