Firmware update failed ex4100

hi,

firmware vr now 2.13.108
tried to go to vr 2.42.115

made sure all the apps are off.
firmware update failed after manual update then ran all the system test came back all good
tried again now luck
took out all the drives put a brand new one in after int. and formatting volume 1
tried it again no luck.
even tried in between versions.

anyone any ideas?
