Could it get any worse?!

My so called Cloud is refusing to update the firmware.

I’ve had to do a full restore because the drive would not play well with Windows OR Linux. The shares appear whenever they like and are veeeerry slow when they actually show up and allow me access!

Tried updating via the dash and via a downloaded deb file. Both say successful but both have actually failed - a number of times.

Put a support request in, which was supposed to send me a confirmation email - didn’t get one. Case shows as open in My Support but have heard nothing.

Has anyone else had an issue updating firmware? I’m guessing a fair few people have!!

Do you know which firmware version you had/have 2.x or 4.x?

Indeed it is.

I put in the model and selected the correct firmware and tried updated via that, but it said it was successful and lied to me basically!
