Finding Software


I have a new PC and cannot find the software to download so I can access the files on my My Cloud storage. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

The software for the single bay/single drive My Cloud can be downloaded from the My Cloud Support site:

It should be noted that for local access to the My Cloud one does not need to use any WD software. Instead they can use Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder to access the My Cloud. Mapping the local My Cloud makes it easier to quickly access the device.

There are a number of free and paid third party backup and sync software one can use rather than the WD software for local network backup and sync to the My Cloud device.
