Files showing on Mac but not on PC public folder

Hope anyone can help.

I’ve set up the My Cloud home and can access the folders on 2 Mac computers that we have. But when I want to access it on the PC laptop, the network shows, in there is a folder called ‘Public Folder’ but it is empty.

Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this problem?

  • TimeMachineBackup can only be accessed by macOS
  • Public can only we accessed by Windows OS
  • Install WD Discovery 2.1 to access the Private User Space from all computers using the MyCloud.com Sign in option.
