Directory Structure -- Public vs

Hi all,

New user here. On my MAC, I first connected to my new My Cloud drive by ‘Connect to Server’ in Finder and I was able to connect to Public just fine.

When I use WD Discovery or home.mycloud.com, I do not see my files on public.

I also cannot connect to the dashboard locally via http://wdmycloud.local

All thoughts greatly appreciated.

My Cloud Home doesn’t have a dashboard, and here are two storage locations. Public Share and the Private User space accessed using the My Cloud Home mobile app, mycloud.com and WD Discovery.
