So I had a lot of files stored in my WD my passport ultra (WDBGPU0010BBK) so I backed up all my files into my PC’s hard drive and formatted My passport ultra. I formatted my hard disk using WD’s Drive Utility. Now transferring the backed up files form my PC’s hard drive to WD, will start with transferring and suddenly the transfer rate drops to 0 and no further transferring of piles take place
I tried enabling all the permission for the WD drive
but nothing seems to be working at all
Please i would require help on this
