File size not showing

Hello,

Please excuse me as I am a newbie.

Having uploaded a few folders to my ‘WD my cloud’ it does not show the file size only if you click on individual files that the information is available.?

secondly I have the 2TB version but storage shows just 1.75TB on the desktop and yet the phone app is showing 1.92TB?

Any help or advice would be most welcome.

Regarding why the drives aren’t showing as 2 TB, see the article below:

As for why they are showing differently in the app and on your desktop, I’m not sure. It may simply be a difference in the way the app and the desktop are calculating the sizes.
