Files are lost, but storage usage says they are still there

Hi,

System: MyCloud EX2 Ultra
Problem: Nearly everything works fine. Just one Folder is not there. I checked if invisible Items/Folders are visible…they are.

and here what makes no sense:
if i check die Storage size in Windows Explorer: 410 GB. (what i expect)
if i check the Storage size in the WD Web Interface: 112.3GB
