Cloud home duo wrong storage displayed

Hello,

I have this 2TB my cloud home duo. I noticed that the capacity stated by Windows as remaining does not add up with the capacity when i calculate the content of the folders.

When i calculate the capacity i have written only 300GB of data but windows shows that i only have 300GB free. I also got a notification from the WD app that i have 480GB free…

Does anybody know why this happens and where the discrepancy comes from?
