"Fatal Device Hardware error" - Windows 10

When I look at my drive in the disk manager that is the error it gives me (Fatal Device Hardware error). I can not see it in my windows explorer either. However, it shows up in my device manager and it appears to be running, its lights are on and etc. I installed the Lifeguard diagnostics software and it states that my "WD Elements 25A2(USB) "

For both the extended and quick test. what do I do?
I have this specific model:

WD 2TB Elements Portable External Hard Drive - USB 3.0 - WDBU6Y0020BBK

You may try changing USB cable, use a different port of computer or connect the drive to a different PC to isolate the issue.

I bought a new cable, it did nothing. Then i tried every port on my pc. Nothing and doesnt work on my other pc
