Failing My Passport 1TB? Sudden "RAW" partition

Hi, I have a My Passport 1TB USB 3.0 drive that is only a little over a year old.  It suddenly failed on me.  The drive started showing up in windows exporer as “RAW”. I used Data Rescue PC 3 to get what really mattered off of the disk thankfully, but after reformatting it as a GPT NTFS drive, I am able to run some tests and it is telling me “Test Failed by read element”.

I would like to get the drive replaced under warranty if possible.  I have attached some images of tests done by hard disk sentinel and the WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic.

Hi, sorry to read that you are unable to access the drive. As for the information that you are sharing it seems that you might indeed have a damaged drive,  try contacting WD if your drive is within warranty they will be able to replace it for you.
