My Passport suddenly stopped being recognized by my computer. I can read it on a mac but not windows. I purchased another WD device (Easystore) and had to first use it on a Mac device so I could try and transfer the items from the old passport to this device. I have been working on the files I was saving for over a year and now they may be lost forever.
I tried hooking the Easystore up to the windows after getting some of the files to transfer and windows won’t even recognize the device. I’m at a complete loss on what to do,.
