I cannot connect to the EX4100 and EX2 using the Android myCloud 5.x APP. I also cannot connect to myCloud Account via through the NAS.
I can connect to both the EX4100 and EX2 locally through the router on an ethernet connection.
I am answering my own post. It falls under dummy. I use Static IPs for the 2 NAS’ so they are bound to the router. I failed to notice the IP Gateway Settings was wrong. After I set it correctly, it works like advertised. - Tada.
