No internet access on MyCloud EX2 Ultra

Hello everyone,

i am struggling trying to access my ex2 ultra from android app or mycloud web portal.
My device is not connected to internet and I can’t find a way to make it connecting properly.

My setup is this one:

I have a modem/router connected to my ISP (192.168.1.1)
I have a AP connected to my modem/router (192.168.1.2)
MyCloud Ex2 Ultra is connected to the AP via ethernet. (192.168.1.40)

Locally everything works just fine, my devices can connect to the NAS without issues.
At the moment the NAS has a static IP address (192.168.1.40).
I tried to enable DMZ on 192.168.1.40 both in router menù and in AP menù but that doesn’t work.

Do you have any advice to track down what is happening?
