Hi My EX4 software has not been upgraded for a few years and now I want to use, the dashboard is no longer black and all the buttons are not showing, I can only access photos and videos and no other files.
I have no idea what to do, I have 2 drives and I’m not sure what raid mode it’s in.
I have all our photos and work stuff on the drives and I do not want to lose everything.
Can someone please help?
