EX4 disconnects from network

Good afternoon,
We have WD MyCloud EX4 20TB in company and we use it for daily backup.
We use Acronis Backup 11.5 and backup is stored in one file. TIB file is
approximately 500Gb large. But, the device is disconnected from network
during backup, randomly. The device doesn’t respond to ping, ssh, web
administration and i can’t shutdown it via power button. I must disconnect
power adapter. I set up static IP and network speed (1Gb/s) and I updated
firmware at version 2.10.310, but my issue doesn’t solved. This problem is
very annoying because we need server backup. I don’t know how to solve this
problem. Thanks

Since you already updated your unit’s firmware and set a static IP configuration then it would be best to contact WD Support about this. You can do so over the phone or via E-mail.
