I have a MyCloud EX2 Ultra, which previously had Plex on it when it was supported by WD.
I am unable to install it manually after downloading from Plex themselves, with the below error message.

It is also showing as offline on MyCloud, although connection to the cloud is on.
I would like to get Plex up and running again.

The article is out of date, Plex is no longer an app in the app store, and manually uploading the install file (downloaded from Plex) shows that it is an invalid file.
And for Cloud Access it is showing as being on and connected but when logging into MyCloud it shows this as offline.
