I’m setting up my new EX2 Ultra storage and I noticed that the Plex app is missing. I’m running firmware version 2.30.165.
When I browse the App Store a message is displayed showing that there’s no apps to install. What am I doing wrong?
Usually a reboot will fix that.

I believe you need to go to plex site and look for WD version of plex. PS, don’t waste your time with plex, It is useless and under performs. I tried it on a WD NAS faster than yours. Plex is highly over-rated.
it works only for 720P at time only for 1080p.
Only advantage is if you have collections of under full HD . You can stream.
Still plex pass is what they promote and push you for.
In my case, which I’m going to open my own thread shortly, a reboot always hides Plex as if it was never installed!!
