EX2 Ultra 8TB showing almost full

Hi everyone.
I’m running an EX2 with 2x 4tb drives as a network location for steam games/movies etc.
Using Treesize, I can see that the total file size on the drives is just shy of 2.9TB.
However, in Windows and on MyCloud they both state there’s only 456GB remaining on the drives.

Can anyone shed some light on why this is? And how I could regain the lost space?
