EX2 Drive Swap... How do I do it and what do I need to know?

I have an ex2, and the drives have gone bad. They’re sending me new drives, but I’m wondering what I need to do? Is it just plug and play, or do I need to change settings? I have all of my files backed up in the cloud, I’m mostly wondering if settings will need to change - for example, I use it mostly for Plex and movie files, will that connection get disrupted?

You have posted in the wrong sub-forum. Do you have OS3 or OS5? Have you read the User Manual for your device? It should have instructions for changing drives.
