Hi everyone
I have Wd My Cloud Ex2 ultra (192.168.1.98) and My Cloud Ex4 (192.168.1.99). I want to backup Data From Ex2 ultra to Ex4 but it error. How can I Fixed ?
I’m not sure Config. right or worng.

I think that you had a setup problem in remote jobs.
I had finished remote backup from EX2 to Mirror Gen2 via this article link guide （step by step)

BTW, You need confirm the EX4 was running on MyCloud OS 3, if its running on MyCloud OS 1.5, you must upgrade EX4 FW.
