Error message: Attach a supported WD drive

I have External hard disk WDBU6Y0020BBK-BESN. I am using windows 7 32 bit and I have installed WD Security (Version 1.4.0.92) but when i open the WD Security on my PC ,hard disk not gets detected. I tried on another PC.I also did uninstall and i stall of WD Security.also tried with diffenet version of WD security but no help, Please help

Well, yeah, near as I can tell, that drive doesn’t support encryption, so it won’t work with WD Security.
