Elements play doesn't mount anymore

I have a problem with a Elements Play 2tetrabites. It doesn’t mount anymore on my mac, and disk utilities does not see it too.

I guess I have to recover data first and then send it to WD for a replacement.

Can you recommend a Data Recovery service not too expensive?

Did you format the drive before you connected to your Mac? I was under the impression that the drive in the device was formatted in NTFS. Can you try to connected to a Windows PC?
