Hi i purchased a wd elements 2tb today and plugged it in to my mac running OS X Yosemite it shows up on the desktop but i am unable to save files to it ? can anyone help . thanks mandy
Elements comes formatted NTFS for Windows and is read only on a Mac. You’ll need to reformat it to use it on your Mac.
